Our Troubleshooting & Repair Policy:
We take precautions to prevent issues, but in the rare case of unexpected breakage caused by a software update or a theme/plugin conflict, we have you covered.
All of our plans include up to one hour of troubleshooting and repair per month.
What’s Not Included
Our monthly one-hour time allocation for the Troubleshooting and Repair Policy does not cover problems caused by the client or other WordPress backend users. Any issues directly attributed to the client or WordPress users, as well as any work that exceeds the allocated hour, will be billed at our standard hourly rate. However, you can apply your monthly support time credit towards this additional work.
Restoring a Backup
For all plans, you can request a restore of a previous backup twice per month at no additional charge.
